Ahhh, inner peace - what a beautiful thought! Feeling calm, content and at peace with yourself and your world. Joyously observing life from a place of serenity and ease.
But inner peace - is it realistic? I mean, isn't it normal to feel constantly stressed, anxious, fed-up, unfulfilled, angry with everyone who's ever treated you bad, and generally struggling to get from one day to the next? After all, that's what modern life's like for everybody - right? One big, long drag?
Well, if that's what life feels like for you then I have some good news for you - life does not need to be like that. It was never meant to be.
Feeling inner peace is a realistic expectation, and it is achievable - for you, me and everybody!
No matter how you see your life right now, you can begin to turn it around.
I want you to tell you that you can begin to restore your inner harmony and start experiencing life from a place of joy, contentment and happiness, just as I have. And it doesn't have to be hard.
I want to help you achieve the inner peace you've been yearning for...
...by showing you the easy techniques that I've discovered on my own quest for personal growth. These are the practices and healing systems that have helped me nourish and restore my emotional and spiritual wellbeing. I now I want to use my experience to help you find spiritual health.
And no, it doesn't involve living out the rest of your days alone on a tropical island somewhere (as tempting as it may sometimes seem).
So why has inner peace become such a difficult thing to achieve? Not many people in today's world can actually say that they live in peaceful state. Yet it is our birthright, it's our natural state. What's gone wrong?
You came into this world as a beautiful, peaceful, innocent, loving being, full of self esteem and wonder for the world around you. And, most importantly, you loved yourself.
But as you grew, you absorbed the world around you. You heard people talking, you experienced things, others said things to you, and
gradually you're way of thinking changed and you developed beliefs about yourself and the world.
Your entire perception changed. And now here you are!
Believe me, I've been in a place where you possibly are right now - full of discontent, anxiety, stress, lack of fulfilment and a general feeling of inner angst. Too busy living in the past and worrying about the future to have the slightest chance of letting myself experience that peaceful place inside.
I was determined I wasn't going to live the rest of my life feeling that way.
So, what gives me the right to try and help you? Well, I've been there, done that, you could say. And I've learned many things along the way.
It is now my deepest desire to share them with you.
Now that I experience life from a completely different perspective, I want to help you find that deep inner harmony that makes life a joy, not a struggle. Anything else is just not 'normal' - but we have made it so.
But you're right - it is normal to experience stress, anxiety, pain, grief, sadness, anger, jealousy, hate, etc., etc. We are human after all. And these emotions are a necessary part of life. But when negative emotions seem to be the majority, it's time to make them the minority.
As well as sharing my knowledge with you, I also want to hear about your own personal stories and ideas, and build a community of sharing so that we can help each other continue to move forward. There are still so many things that I could learn, and helping you will also help me.
